Bahrain Development Bank Named Runner-Up for Innovation in Human Resources at the BSCM 2024 Excellence Awards

Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) has announced that it has been named the runner-up in the Innovation in Human Resources Award category at the Bahrain Society for Human Resource Management (BSCM) 2024 Excellence Awards. This achievement recognizes the bank’s efforts in innovating the management and development of human resources, reflecting its commitment to creativity and employing the latest technologies in this field. The Excellence Awards ceremony was held on December 3, 2024, spotlighting outstanding achievements in human resources. This award is one of the most prestigious in the Kingdom in the field of human resources, honoring BDB’s HR practices for their effective implementation and alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives. On this occasion, Ms. Dalal Al Qais, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Development Bank, stated: “This recognition is a testament to our ongoing efforts in leveraging technology and innovation to empower our employees.
