Bahrain Development Bank Hosts Q1 2025 Townhall Meeting

Manama, Bahrain – Apr 2025: Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) hosted its first Townhall meeting of 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Manama on 28th April. The event brought together employees from across the organisation to enhance internal communication, reflect on recent accomplishments, and align on the strategic priorities for the year ahead.

Ms. Dalal Al Qais, Group Chief Executive Officer of BDB, highlighted the Bank’s recent milestones and acknowledged the collective efforts that contributed to their achievement. She also outlined the Bank’s strategic roadmap for 2025, which focuses on accelerating growth and expanding BDB’s developmental impact across the Kingdom’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event concluded with a recognition ceremony to honour top-performing employees for their outstanding dedication to advancing BDB’s mission.
