Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with banking domain experience to join our team. The candidate should be strong in Java, databases, and DevOps, while eager to learn new technologies. The role covers working on banking products, developing applications and automation tools, and providing support for business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain banking applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Customize third-party products and build automation tools for the bank.
• Provide second-line application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Apply secure coding, DevOps, and testing practices (unit, integration, automated testing is a plus).
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements for better customer and staff experience.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver agile, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full stack development (Java).
• Strong database SQL expertise.
• Experience in banking/financial services application development and support.
• Hands-on with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of secure development practices including OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/SSL, and API security policies
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Agile mindset: adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and various transport protocols (HTTP, JMS, SFTP)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge on Messaging & Streaming such as Apache kafka or RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
• Scripting knowledge such as Bash or power shell for automation and deployment tasks.
• Mobile app development (Android/iOS, Flutter/React Native).
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
