SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the quality of daily processes is maintained at all times and all operational activities are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations.
Responsible to escalate and seek solutions for any issues that may arise from time to time at the request of the Head of Operations.
Ensure all LC and LG transactions request are processed in compliance with the Bank’s operating policies and procedures.
Check, verify and authorize various operational processes including loans, restructuring loans, manager cheques, fixed deposits, financial transactions, money transfer, postdated cheques, etc.
Ensure adherence to the turn-around time of transactions outlined in the operational processes and as directed by the Head of Operations.
Utilize the core banking system in order to automate manual processes.
Ensure periodic Checking & control on account payable GL, account Receivable GL, cash margin GL, daily and monthly reports of activities processed by Operations Department are done, reports highlighting the operational effectiveness of the department.
